Refund policy
If you are unable to attend the scheduled services on the day and time you selected, you can request their rescheduling up to 24 hours before the reservation time, using the contact details provided by Andar a Cavalo - info@patiodotejo.com or (+351) 926 559 665 (call to the national mobile network).
If weather conditions do not allow the activity(s) to be carried out within the initially scheduled time, we will contact you informing you of the impossibility of carrying out the same. In case of cancellation for reasons of force majeure, Andar a Cavalo gives you the possibility of rescheduling on another day or time depending on our availability or converting the value of the activity(ies) into a voucher valid for 1 year to count from the date of the first reservation.
If you are unable to attend the activity, we authorize the enjoyment of the activity by another person, simply by informing us of the decision regarding this replacement.
